winbaji is an online gaming and sports betting platform designed for users in Bangladesh. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between winbaji and its users.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your password and login details completely confidential. If you believe your account's security has been compromised, notify winbaji support immediately and change your password.

3.1 Minimum Age

You must be at least 21 years old to take part in any gaming or betting activity on winbaji. Registration by anyone under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

winbaji primarily provides services to users residing in Bangladesh. Users accessing the platform from outside Bangladesh are solely responsible for complying with the local laws applicable in their location.

3.3 Respecting Self-Exclusion

Users who have voluntarily added themselves to a self-exclusion list or imposed account restrictions may not attempt to bypass those restrictions by creating a new account.

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

4.3 Identity Verification

winbaji reserves the right to verify your identity before processing a withdrawal. This process may require a national identity card, mobile banking account details or other relevant documents.

4.4 Payment Method Consistency

Deposits and withdrawals must be made using the same method or the same account. If a deposit was made via bKash, the withdrawal will generally be sent to that same bKash number.

4.5 Third-Party Payments

Transactions through a mobile banking account or bank account registered in someone else's name are prohibited. All payments must come from an account registered in the account holder's own name.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

winbaji offers new members a 120% first deposit bonus of up to ৳20,000. For example, a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200; the wagering requirement for this bonus is ৳1,200 × 20 = ৳24,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for any bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. This means you must place bets equal to 20 times the bonus amount before the bonus funds can be withdrawn. A bonus is not cash in any sense — it is a conditional benefit.

5.3 VIP Cashback

winbaji's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.4%), Silver (up to 0.8%), Gold (up to 1.1%) and Platinum (up to 1.5%). Weekly cashback is calculated based on the total net loss for the week.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

Placing bets in an artificial or fraudulent manner to gain bonus benefits, using multiple accounts, or engaging in any other form of manipulation will result in the bonus on that account being cancelled and the account may be closed.

5.5 Promotional Changes

winbaji reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the terms of any existing bonus or promotion at any time. New offers or changes will be announced on the platform.

6.1 Validity of Bets

Every bet will be settled according to the defined rules. If incorrect odds or results are displayed due to a technical error or system failure, winbaji reserves the right to void or correct the affected bet.

6.2 Sports Betting

When betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football and other sports, the rules of the relevant market apply. In multi-bet selections, if any selection does not win, the entire bet is lost.

6.3 Casino Games

For slots, live casino, baccarat, roulette and other table games, each game's own rules apply. The rules set by game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution) apply alongside winbaji's rules.

6.4 Finality of Results

Game results are considered final once a round or match has ended. Bet outcomes will not be changed unless there is a technical issue.

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts or operating an account on behalf of another person.
• Using software bots, scripts or automation to place bets or play games.
• Committing fraud, initiating chargebacks or creating false transactions in the payment process.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Exploiting any technical vulnerability in the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Using a VPN or proxy to access the platform from a restricted location.

7.1 Collusive Betting

Any attempt to secure a bonus or protect a balance by placing coordinated bets within a single account or across multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

8.1 winbaji's Authority

winbaji reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account in the event of a breach of these Terms, during an investigation, or for security reasons. In cases of serious violations, the balance may be forfeited.

8.2 Voluntary Closure

Any user may request to close their account voluntarily. Before closure, any outstanding balance may be withdrawn in accordance with the applicable rules.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

An account may be marked as inactive if there has been no activity for an extended period. In such cases, contact support to reactivate it.
